St. Jacob's Engagement : Heidi & Devon
These two incredible people are getting married this year. I have had the pleasure to know Devon for about 8 years now. And we met in the an unusual way. He was hired to take photos are my cousins daughter's first birthday party. He was a friend of their friends, and as the party went on we chatted about weddings and photography and that is where our friendship began. After that we started to shoot weddings together. He would second shoot for me and I would second shoot for him. My husband has grown to know Devon as well and it was a no brainer that we hired him to do our wedding photos in 2015. This later turned into me second shooting for him for the last 3 years for pretty much every wedding he had. What I can say for certain is I have learned so much from Devon. And I still continue to learn from him. I met Heidi along the way in the past 8 years, and she is such a wonderful and caring person. These two really are a perfect match!
We did their engagement photos in St. Jacob, ON. It was a perfect fall day. We laughed and chatted and had a great evening. We all ate pizza and had some drinks after. I'd say it was pretty much the best engagement session of the year. I mean who doesn't love pizza?
I am so excited for their wedding later this year. It's going to be filled with so much love. I'll probably cry. And I cannot wait!
